Dr. Janis Schwab was born and raised in Prince George. After graduating from Kelly Road Secondary School she spent 11 years in Vancouver attending UBC. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology and Genetics, a Master’s degree in Immunology, and her DMD degree from the Faculty of Dentistry in 2008. Her goal is to educate patients about their dental needs and allow them to make informed choices about their dental treatments. She will always strive to provide the best quality of care for her patients. When she’s not working, Janis can usually be found with her husband and 4 children exploring the various lakes around Prince George by canoe in the summer and by ski in the winter.
Dr. Jason Wong

Dr. Jason Wong was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. After completing high school, he moved onto UBC where he completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy and then practiced as a full time Pharmacist for 3 years. He then decided to pursue further education and completed a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at UBC. He cherishes the opportunities to take care of his dental patients and always strives to make them as comfortable as possible, while providing comprehensive care. His goal is to help his patients to be healthy and empowered to make decisions about their own health. Dr. Wong is especially interested in the field of oral surgery as well as restorative procedures. He looks forward to furthering his clinical education in the field of orthodontics, implantology and Botox in the near future.
During his time off, Dr. Wong enjoys snowboarding and spending time with family and friends. He also looks forward to spring where he can hike and explore more of what BC has to offer.
Dr. Jasper Huang

Dr. Jasper Huang was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. After completing his B.A.Sc. degree in Nanotechnology Engineering and pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering, both at the University of Waterloo, he sought to change gears and discover a new passion. This led him to enroll in and graduate from the UBC Faculty of Dentistry, where he discovered great joy in empowering patients to set and work towards their oral health goals.
Dr. Huang strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment in which patients can share their own oral health goals, ask questions, and seek to fully understand their treatment options in fulfilling those goals. He believes that patients who are educated and engaged in their dental care are most likely to achieve and feel satisfied with their desired outcomes. Dr. Huang aspires to be a lifelong learner so that he can continue to provide excellent dental care alongside new innovations in dental materials and digital technologies.
Outside the dental clinic, Dr. Huang is almost certain to be found spending time with his girlfriend and their two cats. Aside from feline festivities, he most enjoys sharing a meal with family and friends, as well as playing soccer, piano, and video games.
Dr. Kori Phan

Dr. Kori Phan was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. He completed both his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of British Columbia. Following graduation, he gained valuable experience practicing in Kamloops before returning home to serve the community he grew up in. Afterwards, Dr. Phan was provided the opportunity to work in the community of Prince George, where he currently practices.
Dr. Kori enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is particularly passionate about oral surgery and endodontic treatment (root canals). He is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest techniques and technology to ensure his patients receive the highest standard of care.
Known for his calm demeanor and patient-centered approach, Dr. Kori strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone who walks into his practice.
Outside of the clinic, Kori enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family. He is an avid cook and enjoys exploring new recipes. He also maintains an active lifestyle through weightlifting and outdoor activities.
During his time off, Dr. Wong enjoys snowboarding and spending time with family and friends. He also looks forward to spring where he can hike and explore more of what BC has to offer.
Dr. Christine Kim

Dr. Christine Kim was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology, followed by her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Dentistry.
Dr. Kim is a patient-centered dentist dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care in a welcoming and supportive environment. She believes that building trust and truly listening to her patients are the foundations of excellent care. With a strong focus on education, she helps patients understand their treatment options and emphasizes the importance of preventative care in maintaining long-term oral health.
She has a particular interest in restorative procedures and finds great fulfillment in helping patients regain confidence in their smiles. Dr. Kim is also fluent in Korean, allowing her to connect with and support a diverse range of patients more effectively.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Kim enjoys exploring new cuisines, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, and trying out local eats while traveling. She also enjoys spending quiet moments doing arts and crafts.
Dr. Jason Tao

Dr. Jason Tao was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. After high school he went to UBC where he completed a Bachelor of Science Degree and graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Tao believes in patient-centered dentistry, which focuses on providing patients with all the information necessary to allow them to make their own informed decisions after being presented with all the options. Dr. Tao’s primary goal is to create a warm and friendly environment while providing the highest quality of dental care possible. He has a keen interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry as well as oral surgery. He looks forward to continuing his education in the field of implantology and orthodontics.
During his free time, Dr. Tao enjoys golfing and hockey and always looks forward to the first snow fall to start skiing.
Dr. David Waller

Dr. Waller was born in Prince George. He is the son of Dr. Denning E. Waller and Mary Waller. His father practiced dentistry in Prince George from 1953 until his death in 1997. His mother was a well respected social worker at the Prince George Regional Hospital. Dr. Waller graduated from Duchess Park Secondary School in 1978 and graduated from UBC Dental School in 1987. Upon graduating from UBC, he was fortunate enough to practice dentistry with his father for 10 years.
He is proud to have practiced dentistry in his hometown for his entire career. In his spare time, Dr. Waller enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
Dr. Harry Sangha

After graduating with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from University of British Columbia in 2005, he made the decision to immediately relocate to Northern BC to care for underserved and less privileged communities with little access to adequate dental care.
In 2006, Dr. Sangha married and moved to Eastern Ontario where he lived and worked for two years, until returning to BC to practice in Chilliwack for the duration of 2008. After researching extensively for the perfect fit, he purchased his current practice in Kitsilano, Vancouver – close to his alma mater where it all began.
Dr. Sangha is currently involved in many study clubs, including the British Columbia Institute of Oral Implantology and the Bites Institute. Dr. Sangha is also a member of the Vancouver Dental Education Centre (VDEC) and is an instructor at the Frontier Dental Institute. He completed his Core I at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute (LVI). He shares his expertise by performing difficult extractions at other clinics in the Vancouver area.
Dr. Sangha is passionate about his Vancouver dental practice and team, and enjoys living and working in the community of Kitsilano and all the pluses that come with it. In the late fall and winter months, he’s a thrill-seeking snowboarder and diehard SF 49ers fan. In the summer season he enjoys shooting hoops, cycling, running and taking his son for extra long walks until he falls asleep.

Dr. Adam Samji is a board certified specialist in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Dr. Samji obtained his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from the University of British Columbia. He then completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Montefiore Medical Centre/Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York City, one of the largest residency programs in North America.
During his four-year hospital based residency, Dr. Samji practiced full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery with extensive training in intravenous deep sedation and general anesthesia. His areas of interest include dentoalveolar surgery, orthodontic surgical procedures, oral pathology, TMJ surgery, maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery and facial cosmetics. He is also particularly passionate about dental implantology and advanced hard and soft tissue grafting.
Dr. Samji is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia where he teaches Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to dental students and residents. He is excited to move back to Canada with his wife to be closer to family and serve the community. In his free time he enjoys travelling, exploring new cuisines and supporting his favourite hockey team, the Vancouver Canucks.

Dr. Bin Sangha was born in Fort St. John, B.C. and did his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with distinction at the top of his dental class a the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Sangha practiced as a general dentist for two years and then returned to the University of Western Ontario to complete his Master's degree and specialty in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
He holds multiple awards for his scholastic and clinical achievements, including the prestigious Bryan Smith Award for overall excellence. His finished orthodontic cases have been shown on display at the American Association of Orthodontists Conference before his peers in North America and his research on cephalometric radiographs was also published at the University.

Dr. Kiarash Shabehpour (or Dr. Kia as his patients sometimes tend to call him) started his dentistry journey in 1998. After earring his DDS degree in dentistry, getting some extra training in oral surgery and practicing for a few years, he moved to Canada with his wife.
In Canada, he attended dental school again at the University of British Columbia for his 2nd degree in dentistry, this time a DMD, practiced for a few more years in both Vancouver and Prince George and then went through 3 extra years of specialist training in Endodontics at UBC. Dr. Shabehpour is currently practicing in beautiful provinces of British Columbia and Alberta and mainly helps his patients and colleagues with root canal related treatments and surgeries on a referral basis. He is fluent in English and Farsi.
Dr. Shabehpour is an active member of College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, Alberta Dental Association and College, Canadian Academy of Endodontics, American Association of Endodontists and British Columbia Society of Endodontists.
In his spare time, Dr. Shabehpour spends time with his family, indulges in the martial art of Judo or can be found on the slopes, skiing.
